The newest available commercial space available in St. Helena.

Two new buildings have been approved by the City and are scheduled for completion Fall 2010.

Space will be available in both buildings.

Minimum Tennant Space is 630 sq. ft.

The City has approved Use Permits for the following:

* 50 Seat Cafe (40 seats inside and 10 seats outside), a Wine Tasting.

* A wine tasting facility. This space can be for one individual winery or for several wineries.

* A Tea and Coffee house. This space is also approved with tables and chairs and is approved for serving food.

* A Tanning Salon

In addition, there will be space available for office and other commercial uses.
