Information
The 60-Room Hotel project consists of a full underground parking garage with six seperate glass elevator shafts throuhout the property providing easy access to each room.
45 of the units will be sold as fractional ownership in 4 week intervals with 15 units remaining as full service hotel at all times.
Both the Fractional Ownership and Hotel rooms will be managed by a recognized full service resort operator.
Each room is approximately 1500 sq. ft. and includes a large outdoor patio area open to an expansice living room and full kitchen. The bedrooms will have either a King size bed or two full Queen Size Beds. The bathrooms contain walk in showers, private toilet areas, walk-in closets and individual 8 ft. seperate counter areas. The oversize tubs are Optional.
All of the two story buildings will have accessible roof top gardens.
