The 60-Room Hotel project consists of a full underground parking garage with six seperate glass elevator shafts throuhout the property providing easy access to each room.

45 of the units may be sold as fractional ownership with the remaining units as full service hotel at all times.

Both the Fractional Ownership and Hotel rooms will be managed by a recognized full service resort operator.

All of the two story buildings will have accessible roof top gardens.
